• The fabrication data for the hybrids is in Gerber format. You will need a computer with Gerber viewer software. If you have a pc running Microsoft Windows, you may obtain a free copy of the Lavenir ViewMate Gerber viewer.
  • Once you have ViewMate installed, you will need the data. A zip file containing all the data, where each file is a separate layer, can be downloaded by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking here.
  • Some data files of interest are:
  • (1) sv015u1.env. This is a Lavenir Environment aperture file. It can be imported into ViewMate at the start of a session to automatically declare the necessary Gerber apertures. If you don't know what this means don't worry, just use "import" "apertures" in the FILE menu to load sv015u1.env when you begin a session.
  • (2) A015N and A015P. These are the two files that compose the top metal layer of the hybrids. They contain all the component and cable bonding pads. Use "import" "gerber" to load them.
  • A015L. This file contains the "top metal 5" trace layer. This has the jumper bonding pads. Load with "import" "gerber".
  • A015J. This is the "top metal 4" traces. It contains the svx3 chip bonding pads. Load with "import" "gerber".
