Pacific Microelectronics.
- June 30, 1998: Fabrication of L0 and L3 hybrids waiting for
final data.
- July 7, 1998: Fabrication started at PMC (8-10 week lead time).
- Aug. 13, 1998: Tape dielectric to be added to back side
to reduce bow.
- Sept. 9, 1998: Metal 1 Layer printed
successfully. More
- Sept. 24, 1998: Metal 2 Layer printed.
Dielecric problem causes shorts.More
- Oct. 14, 1998: Thicker Dielectric
fixes shorts. Starting 50 plates from scratch.
- Oct. 27, 1998: 49 plates up to
Metal 3 without shorts or opens.
- Nov. 7, 1998: 47 plates up to
Metal 4 without shorts or opens.

- Jan. 12, 1999: First fully working pair of L0 hybrids sent to FNAL.
- Jan. 20, 1999: 48 L0+L3 plates at Metal 4 and 87 plates at Meetal 2.
- Jan. 21, 1999: L1+L2 Artwork sent to PMC/APTA.
- Feb. 1, 1999: Total L0+L3 plates delivered = 30 out of 140.
- Feb. 4, 1999: Total L0+L3 plates delivered = 54 out of 140.
- Feb. 18, 1999: Total L0+L3 plates delivered = 114 out of 140.
- Feb. 18, 1999: 200 L1+L2 plates at dielectric 2.
- Feb. 18, 1999: L4 data released for fabrication.
- Feb. 19, 1999: L0+L4 delivered = 125 grade A + 4 grade B.
- Feb. 23, 1999: Wrong dielectric printed on 200 L1+L2 plates
- Feb. 27, 1999: Will compensate L1+L2 error with
modified Metal 3
- March 8, 1999: L1+L2 on hold waiting for Metal 3 mods.
- April 12, 1999: 48 plates of L1+L2 delivered (see Matrix database
for up-to-date deliveries from now on).
- April 12, 1999: 50 L4 plates at Metal 5 (See Matrix database

- June 6, 1999: Final Shipment of L4 plates received.
- October 6, 1999: Supplemental Fab of 50 L0+L3 plates started at APTA.
- December 1, 1999: 44 good L0+L3 plates delivered to LBL.
- March 17, 2000: new run of 31 L1+L2 plates printing started.
