5-chip Hybrid Assembly Instructions 
The 5-chip hybrid is a 2-chip hybrid and a 3-chip hybrid 
sitting side by side.  With the chips sitting away from
you, the 2-chip is on the left and the 3-chip is on the
right. 
Note that assembly is different for phi and z hybrids.
***Hybrid layouts are IDENTICAL for phi and z hybrids***
