Metal layer 1 of production hybrids (L0 + L3) printed on 9/9/98. Plate dimensions are 3.5" x 3.5". The metal is silver, 5um thick, wtih a very fine hatched patern (too fine to see hatching in this picture) to reduce material. This layer is an electrostatic shield.
