ISAJET was used to tune the jets in Run 0. See CDF-1131. The following 
parameters were determined for ISAJET V5.2(?) 
XGEN(1)=0.95, XGEN(2)=7.5, SIGQT=0.25, SIGQT0=0.370, Con2=1.2

Following is a typical paprameter file for ISAJET. XGEN(2) seems to be
wrong. It needs investigation. The FORCE lines ar there in case yiu
want a prticukar decay mode.
