Cygwin brief instructions

1. Download the archive of cygwin packages and extract it. Tell winzip to preserve paths. Remember where you extracted.
2. Get the cygwin installer and run it.
3. Tell the installer to install from a local directory.
4. Go with the installer's suggestion on where to install cygwin.
5. When the installer asks where to get its packages from, tell it the directory into which you extracted the Maurice packages.
6. When the installer presents you with a list of packages to choose from, right-click on "All" until the installer displays "All - Install".
7. Meekly accept whatever suggestions the installer makes after this point.
