Status Of Production Hybrids

• Postscript Plot of number of hybrids assembled vs. date. This is not a stacked plot. Three independent lines are shown on the same axes.
• Postscript Plot of fractional yields for die used in hybrid assembly. Shows fraction of reprobed die used and tested on the hybrids, fraction of reprobed die discarded at reprobing, and fraction of ASSEMBLED die (note different denominator!) found to be bad on hybrids.
